Post Customization for each Social Network

One thing that makes converting a blog post to each network so time consuming for a normal person, is that each platform wants different things when it comes to presenting content. For example: Featured image sizes and length of copy. What looks good on pinterest might not fit on Instagram in terms of image dimensions, size, orintation, and number of characters allowed.
